pejam,celik...tau2 baby dah 9 weeks old...actually mmg follow la weekly progress dia since i subcribed babycentre.com.my weekly newsletter..so, dorang ni la dok update my baby's weekly progress..contohnya...mcm ni..
basically all the organs dah terbentuk..cuma tak brape nampak..semalam pun dah gi my 2nd checkup kat Klinik Rohana...scan pun dah..ada lah nampak sket, kalo nak compare last month, lgsg tak nampak apape...rupa dia mcm kacang parang..mcm tu la..bY ada buat video during checkup tu..saje nak abadikan...
time Dr scan tu, my mind keep on asking- betul ke?itu baby aku ke?aku ni pregnant?rasa mcm tak caya pun ada..yelah.terasa diri masih muda..tau nak main-main..kanak2 ribena la katakan...
Setakat 9 weeks ni..alhamdulillah, syukur sgt2 bdn tak lembik..energy level still the same..loya & muntah very minimal..sehari 2-3x jer..tu pun dah malas nak tahan...Alhamdulillah...baby syg mama kan..tak nak susahkan mama... :)
family members & frens ramai gak terkejut aku mcm biasa jer..selera mkn pun biasa..cuma, takleh mkn dlm portion b4 preggy.
kalo tak, perut jadi senak & sendat..tapi yg pasti, every 1-2 hours, msti rasa lapar..untuk elakkan jadi gemok..i just take fresh fruits, creamcraker biscuit, roti ke..

tapi terasa gak la, our expenditure sejak preggy ni agak naik sket..kena slalu ada stok fruits, fresh juices, susu, vitagen,yoghurt,etc dlm fridge tu...sumenya semata2 nak elakkan diri drpd munching unhealthy snacks...kalo layan tekak, mmg nak mkn segala mcm,especially asam..tapi kena kuatkan semangat- to choose only healthy foods & drinks..
okeyla..on my next post, i'll try to upload the video..nak upload skang,malas pulak nak amik kamera from my room...
